About the project

Cococciola Colline Pescaresi IGT

Local farmers would say that the wine – which undergoes spontaneous fermentation – was made as nature intended it to be; produced from vineyards that are over 25 years old with low yields and a late harvest. The fruity taste is enhanced by the natural decantation of the must at a controlled temperature of 10°C.
