Local farmers would say that this wine is just as Nature intended – with grapes harvested from vineyards that are more than 25 years old, producing low yields and a late harvest. The wine’s fruity taste is enhanced by the natural setting of the stum, which is set at a controlled 10 degrees Celsius.
