Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo Doc

Made from a local red grape variety, this wine is refined in steel for just 3 months. Also referred to as the ‘one night wine’ because the grape skin is soaked for only a few hours, it is this brief soaking process that gives the wine its typical bright pink hue.

  • VINEYARD LOCATION: Collecorvino (PE) / 250 mt
  • SOIL: Argilloso calcareo
  • VINE TRAINING: Row – spurred cordon
  • DENSITY: 4000 grapevines / ha
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 13,50% vol.
  • HARVEST: Second half of October
